It's your numbers, added up. Hours a week across the jobs you ticked, times 46 working weeks, times what an hour of staff time costs you.

It doesn't pretend to know how much of each job a machine could take over. That depends on the job, and finding out is the point of the conversation. Some jobs shrink to a few minutes a week; some only lose the boring half. Either way, you now know where to look.
